Welcome to Nerya ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Nerya mobile application (the "App"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Age Requirement

The App is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you are under 18, please do not use the App or provide any personal information.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Profile information such as your chosen display name and profile photo.
• User-generated content ("UGC") including text posts, comments, and snap images you create and share within the App's community features.
• Feedback and correspondence you send to us through the App's feedback feature.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device information such as device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage data including features accessed, time spent in the App, and interaction patterns.
• Crash logs and performance data to help us improve the App.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect precise or approximate location data.
• We do not collect financial or payment card information.
• We do not access your contacts, calendar, or other personal device data beyond what is described above.

3. Local Data Storage

Nerya stores the majority of your personal data locally on your device. This includes your profile settings, preferences, saved content, and activity data. This data is not transmitted to external servers unless you explicitly choose to share content through the App's community features. When you delete your account through the App's settings, all locally stored data is permanently removed from your device.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App's features and functionality.
• To personalize your experience within the App.
• To display user-generated content within the App's community features.
• To monitor and enforce compliance with our community guidelines and terms of use.
• To respond to your feedback, inquiries, and support requests.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or security concerns.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

5.1 Content You Create

The App allows you to create and share content including text posts, comments, and snap images within the community. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. By posting content, you grant Nerya a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You agree that you will NOT post, upload, or share any content that:

• Contains sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene material of any kind.
• Depicts or promotes nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive content.
• Contains graphic, disturbing, or otherwise objectionable imagery designed to cause discomfort, shock, or distress to others.
• Promotes, glorifies, or facilitates gambling, betting, lotteries, or any form of wagering activity.
• Promotes, depicts, or facilitates the use, sale, or distribution of illegal substances, controlled substances, or recreational substances including but not limited to narcotics, stimulants, hallucinogens, and cannabis.
• Contains political propaganda, political campaigning, political endorsements, or content designed to influence political opinions or elections.
• Promotes or incites discrimination, hostility, or prejudice based on race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
• Contains or promotes bullying, harassment, intimidation, or targeted abuse of any individual or group.
• Promotes or glorifies self-inflicted bodily harm, eating disorders, or any form of self-destructive behavior.
• Contains content that exploits or endangers minors in any way.
• Promotes or incites acts of aggression, extremism, or radicalization.
• Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information intended to deceive other users.
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party.
• Contains spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material.
• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

5.3 Content Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and moderate all user-generated content. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Remove or disable access to any content that violates this policy or our community guidelines.
• Issue warnings to users who post prohibited content.
• Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly or egregiously violate our content policies.
• Report illegal content or activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

5.4 Reporting Mechanism

Users may report content they believe violates our policies through the in-app reporting feature. We will review all reports and take appropriate action in a timely manner. We encourage all users to actively report any content that appears to violate our community guidelines.

6. End User License Agreement (EULA) Acknowledgment

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You will not use the App to post, share, or distribute any objectionable, offensive, or prohibited content as described in Section 5.2.
• You understand that Nerya has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.
• You understand that violations of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice or refund.
• You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You acknowledge that Nerya reserves the right to remove any content and terminate any account at its sole discretion.
• You agree that any content you post may be removed if it is deemed objectionable by Nerya or reported by other users.
• You understand that Nerya is not responsible for user-generated content and that all content posted by users represents the views of the individual user, not of Nerya.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent.
• To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or governmental requests.
• To enforce our terms of use, privacy policy, or other agreements.
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Nerya, our users, or the public.
• With service providers who assist us in operating the App, subject to confidentiality obligations.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

• Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

• Right to Erasure: You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. You can delete all your data at any time through the App's "Delete Account" feature in Settings.

• Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for certain purposes.

12. Camera and Photo Library Access

The App may request access to your device's camera and photo library solely for the purpose of allowing you to upload a profile photo. We do not access your camera or photo library for any other purpose. Photos selected or captured are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to external servers.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
